actually not very long la..
charmaine takes longer time. haha.

on mon, i got pe.
i ran 6 rounds lo..
1st 2 rounds is warm up
e other 4 rounds is like intervals..
sprint 1 rounds that rest a while b4 sprint e nex 1.
do this 4 4 rounds lo.
my timin is within expectation lo.. haha
each took less than 2 mins..
1st round: 1min 55 sec
2nd round: 1min 52sec
3rd round: 1min 55sec
4th round: dunno, cuz it started rainin, so immediately run 2 shelter after that round.
was so pro of myself man! haha
after that, went back 2 NHSB tgt wif amelia charmaine n h.shihui.
finally can pass huang de n mr tan their DAMN belated bday presents.. haha.
after band, mr tan treated us 2 ice cream at swensens. haha.

she damn funny la. haha.
cuz my mum cut e apple 4 us 2 eat n she peel e skin usin e skin peeler thingy.
then got e texture of zig zag thingy. then she say our hse apple is mutated 1. WAHAHA!!
damn funny lo.

today went 4 e h3 star test. damn difficult man..
like gg 4 SMO like tat.. haha

mayb gg back nhsb tml again. tgt wif edward n liqiang.. haha
